The top floor is a simple walk way that allows a person to oversee most of the sign production in the workshop. The bottom floor contains Sheldon Weintraub's bedroom and kitchen, the design room, work floor and conveyor belts. He is responsible for most of the working neon signs across the Strip. Sheldon Weintraub, better known under his artist's name, relocated here from Vault 21 and uses the shop to design and construct billboards under the patronage of Robert House.
Once an H&H Tool Company warehouse before the war, it is now the workshop of billboard artist Michael Angelo, located in the southwest corner of the New Vegas Strip, across from the NCR Embassy.
